Returns:

You may request to exchange or return a product within 30 days from the date of receipt if the product is defective, damaged during transportation, or not as described in the order.

The product must remain in its original packaging, with full labels, unused, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt.

For exchanges or returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of color, change of model), customers are responsible for the two-way shipping costs.

We are committed to refunding or sending a replacement product within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned product.
